The PGA of America is among world-renowned brands that call Frisco home. PGA's new headquarters opened in August 2022, and in May, the championship-level golf resort at Omni PGA Frisco will kickoff it's opening with the Kitchenaid Senior PGA Championship.

This master planned development includes some of the world’s top golf facilities, including the PGA of America's new headquarters and the headquarters of the Northern Texas PGA. PGA Frisco also features two 18-hole championship-level courses, a 10-hole short course, 30-acre practice facility, 500-room Omni PGA Frisco Resort with a convention center, a unique golf themed retail experience, 40,000-square foot clubhouse, and a 10,000-square foot performance center. The development spans 660 acres of a larger 2,500-acre mixed-use development underway, called Fields, being master planned by Hunt Realty Investments that will include corporate, residential and retail spaces.

Development is Thriving in Frisco

Frisco is flourishing with new developments, especially around PGA Frisco and Fields. Many new corporate sites & lifestyle centers, such as Firefly Park, are underway.

FireFly Park

Neighboring PGA Frisco, Firefly Park is a 230-acre, mixed-use development that will feature 5 million square feet of office space as well as 2,200 luxury residential units, a 200-room Dream Hotel (the first Texas location for the boutique hotel brand), and 380,000 square feet of retail space. Plans also include a music hall, outdoor amphitheater, food and beverage venues as well as a 40-acre green belt. Construction starts in 2023.
