PGA of America Chooses Frisco, Texas for its New Headquarters and Championship Level Golf Resort

Since the announcement of the PGA of America’s Headquarters Relocation and construction of the Championship Level Golf Resort in Frisco, national attention has been focused on why so many companies and top tier professional and collegiate sports organizations choose to call Frisco home. Public-private partnerships and a winning attitude create a world-class atmosphere for the business of sports. Frisco, also known as Sports City USA, offers incredible lifestyle amenities, space to grow and a reputation of excellence in one of the best locations in the nation to live, work, play, educate and innovate.

The PGA of America joins other world class sports organizations like the Dallas Cowboys, the Dallas Stars, FC Dallas and the National Soccer Hall of Fame, Frisco RoughRiders, the Southland Conference and more in calling Frisco home. The PGA of America’s new Headquarters is scheduled to open in 2022, with the Omni PGA Frisco resort set to open in 2023.

“Our move to Frisco will be transcendent for the PGA of America. Everything great starts with a dream.  This is the beginning of a bold, new journey as we bring together world-class partners in a world-class location – to deliver innovative and differentiated experiences for our nearly 29,000 PGA Golf Professionals, golfers of all abilities and our staff. Frisco will become the Silicon Valley of Golf.”
Seth Waugh, CEO, PGA of America
