FRISCO, TEXAS – (March 6, 2026) – The Frisco Economic Development Corporation (Frisco EDC) is proud to announce Public Storage, a Fortune 1000 and S&P 500 company, has selected Frisco for its new headquarters. This relocation represents a significant milestone for the region and underscores Frisco’s growing reputation as a premier destination for leading brands.
At 119,000 square feet, this move marks the largest out-of-state headquarters relocation in terms of square footage in the entire Dallas-Fort Worth region since 2021. Public Storage’s decision to establish its headquarters in Frisco is a strong vote of confidence in the city’s business-friendly environment, robust infrastructure, exceptional quality of life, as well as its deep talent pool and growth.
The relocation is expected to bring approximately 300 jobs to Frisco’s HALL Park and represents a multi-million-dollar investment in the city’s economy. Public Storage’s presence will further strengthen Frisco’s position as a hub for innovation, business relocation and expansion and corporate excellence. Additionally, HALL Park’s massive ongoing redevelopment into a dynamic, mixeduse district positions it as a premier destination for companies seeking longterm growth and vibrant workplace amenities.
Public Storage is one of 14 companies and real estate projects that relocated or expanded in Frisco during the previous fiscal year, as part of a strong year for Frisco EDC, which supported a total of 14 corporate office relocations and expansions—nine of which occurred without financial incentives—and helped create or retain more than 3,100 jobs in the city.
“This is a transformative moment for Frisco,” said Jason Ford, President of Frisco EDC. “Public Storage’s relocation not only brings a Fortune 1000 headquarters to our city, but it also demonstrates how leading companies see Frisco as the ideal place to grow and thrive. Their investment will create hundreds of high-quality jobs and generate significant economic impact for our community.”
