As one of the fastest-growing cities in the nation — in both its economy and population — Frisco saw a number of developments among its business community in the last year.
The Frisco Economic Development Corporation helped usher along some of this development, managing eight projects, producing a potential capital investment of $276 million, 2,092 new or retained jobs and 554,356 square-feet of potential growth, according to the city’s comprehensive annual financial report.

Caddis Partners began the development of Frisco Medical Pavilion II.
Cain Watters & Associates has signed up to lease office space in Frisco.
The Dallas Cowboys began construction on a new office tower in The Star District.
Frisco Station partnership continued construction of the development’s corporate district.
Hall Group began a $7 billion redevelopment to its 162-acre office park. The park across from the Cowboy’s Star development will include a 16-story, 410,000-square-foot office tower, a 19-story apartment building with 214 units, 154-room boutique hotel and a 10,000-square-foot food hall.
Keurig Dr Pepper opened its new headquarters to a new office building in The Star District, relocating from Plano.
Magellan Health expanded its executive offices to include a Healthcare Innovation Center in Frisco.
Medical City Frisco completed construction of its new medical office building and ambulatory surgery center.
Northwest Hardwoods announced that it would relocate its headquarters from Tacoma, Wash. to Frisco.
