Nexius Relocates Headquarters to Frisco, Texas
FRISCO, Texas – June 28, 2016 – Nexius, providing agile network services leveraging its software automation product along with its expertise in data analytics, virtualization and open source, today announced the company has completed the relocation of its headquarters from Allen, Texas, to Frisco, Texas, north of Dallas.
The company now occupies Class A office space at 2595 North Dallas Parkway in the award-winning Hall Park, a master-planned business park with 15 completed buildings surrounded by parks, lakes and outdoor artwork created by internationally renowned artists.
“As a company with a workforce that combines creative and technical talent, it was important for Nexius to locate its headquarters in a dynamic, growing and culturally diverse city like Frisco,” said Mark Baysinger, President of Nexius. “The energy in Frisco and North Texas complements the pace of our business, while also enabling our team members to enjoy a work-life balance that is important to retention and growth.”
Jim Gandy, President of the Frisco Economic Development Corporation, added, “Frisco is pleased to welcome an innovative company like Nexius as a new corporate citizen. The headquarters relocation is expected to generate more than 132 full-time jobs over the next two-and-a-half years. Many of these positions will employ highly skilled IT workers; and Frisco has the young, talented workforce to fill these jobs as the company continues to grow.”
During the evaluation process, several locations were considered in North Texas, with Frisco selected for its business ecosystem, including technology companies and proximity for its employees and customers. In addition to its new corporate office location in Frisco, Nexius has 18 office locations, including centers of excellence in Redmond, WA and Reston, VA. The company marks its move to the new Frisco location along with its 15-year anniversary.
